Terms of use of Lucentezza gift cards


These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of digital Lucentezza gift cards.

Lucentezza reserves the right to update and change these Terms by posting updates and changes to the Lucentezza website. You are advised to check the Gift card terms from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

Application

  1. These gift card terms apply to the gift cards purchased online through the Lucentezza London (https://lucentezza.co.uk/) website.

General 

  1. After purchase, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at the checkout to redeem its value. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
  2. The value of your Lucentezza gift card can be redeemed online at https://lucentezza.co.uk/ provided the gift card is redeemed within the redemption period of 24 months from the date of issue.
  3. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

Validity

  1. Your Lucentezza gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
  2. The git cards will expire automatically after 24 months.
  3. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
  4. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
  5. A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.
  6. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an online order.
  7. Only one gift card may be used per online order.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

  1. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following online delivery.
  2. In cases where your Lucentezza gift card is lost, Lucentezza will resend your virtual card. Please contact us at contact@lucentezza.co.uk to request this. Proof of purchase will be required, and the card will only be re-delivered to the original email address.
  3. Lucentezza cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Lucentezza gift card as a result of fraud.
  4. Lucentezza cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the unique gift card code has become known to another party.

Data Protection

  1. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Governing Law and jurisdiction 

  1. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  2. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
