Returns and refunds

First of all thank you for shopping at www.lucentezza.co.uk.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, in a re-sellable condition and undamaged in any way.

Please note that after the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancelation before dispatch

If no Goods were supplied, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your order.

Cancelation after dispatch

If you have received Goods in connection with the order which you have cancelled, you must send back without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of your order. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Reimbursements

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
