Free UK standard shipping for orders over £40.

 

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the following working day although during busy periods this may be between 2 and 3 days. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so we can track it with the currier.

If you are concerned after 7 days please get in touch immediately.

United Kingdom:

Express shipping:

Europe & International:

We do not ship to countries in Europe and the rest of the world due to custom clearance.

Delivery Addresses

Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.

Delivery addresses are entered by the customer. Lucentezza accepts no responsibility for this as it is entirely out of our control.

If you entered the wrong address and the parcel is not delivered we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend it to you but you will incur the cost of redelivery.
